to choose your wedding or vow renewal date. Date selected must
be 14 or more from today's date.
You will be presented with a
list of available dates for each resort.
Select your desired date and
resort and then the time of day. [There are no weddings on
Sundays or Jamaican national holidays so those days will
appear as unavailable']
Fill out the
form taking care to make
sure the names (brides’, grooms’ and fathers’) are spelled
correctly.
Once you enter
the required information and provide credit card payment your
ceremony day and time will be
immediately reserved. Confirmation
will be immediately emailed to you and
contact with your Couples Resorts wedding coordinator will be
established.
A
non-refundable $200 fee (for administration, processing,
government license and marriage certificate) is required for a
wedding reservation and $150 fee for renewal of vows. Payment
will be made by secure credit card payment. Visa,
MasterCard and American Express only.
If you are not paying by credit card, do
not use the above form. Please call 800-268-7537 [Toll Free] and ask for the wedding coordinator who will
reserve your wedding time and make arrangements for
payment. We accept only Certified Checks or International
Money Orders. Personal Checks are not accepted.
Last minute
bookings (30 days or less) are subject to an additional $150
late fee (weddings and vow renewal).
If need be, you will have
7 days from the booking day to cancel the reservation; after that the fee will not
be refundable. So please be sure to immediately secure your resort
reservations and travel arrangements.
When making travel
arrangements please note that you must be on
island for at least 48 hours, i.e. 2 days (day of arrival
counts)
Your wedding
or vow renewal planning interview with the resort wedding
coordinator will take place the day before the ceremony.
