Greetings to all,
We’ve got a few weeks of summer under our belt and it’s hard to believe there are only 5 more months in 2008. Time flies when there is so much going on. There are so many new and exciting things taking place I can’t wait to share everything with you.
As many of you already know from my post on the message board, Couples Ocho Rios has been renamed Couples Tower Isle. The resort is undergoing extensive and dramatic changes that include the addition of 20 rooms and new amenities such as a wedding gazebo, veggie and juice bar, pool grill, spa treatment rooms, swimming pool with swim-up bar, dive pool, and gym. The resort will still retain the same old world charm and first-class service that many of you have come to love and expect over the past 31 years. Couples Tower Isle, formerly Couples Ocho Rios, will re-open in
March 2009 and we look forward to welcoming you home. For more information
visit the Couples Tower Isle Home Page.
For those of you planning a wedding, I’m pleased to announce
that we recently added three new “Weddings by Couples”
packages. A romantic sunset or private island ceremony,
private sunset cruise and intimate dinner on the beach are
just a few examples of the items included in the new
packages. More detailed information is available
here.
Last, but certainly not least, it gives me great pleasure to tell you about two prestigious awards we have received.
Couples Resorts has been rated as the best all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean by readers of Travel+Leisure magazine. The prestigious “World’s Best Awards” placed Couples SweptAway as the top all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean. Couples Negril placed a close second. This marks the fourth consecutive year that at least one Couples Resort has received the magazine’s highest rating for an all-inclusive resort.
Couples Swept Away made the Expedia Insiders’ Select list for 2008. The resort is among the top 1% of all hotels and resorts in the world as well as the best Jamaica hotel and second best Caribbean hotel according to Expedia. The resort was rated number 11 among 898 of the finest places to stay on the list.
Stay tuned for news and developments in the next newsletter. In the meantime, check the Couples Resorts Message Board

romance tips.
