Couples Resorts is pleased to announce the launch of CouplesLiving.com, the online store where the resorts’ signature line of classic, casual apparel and accessories are available for purchase with the click of a mouse. Personnel Announcements
Couples would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest team members.
Andrea Conway was named Director of Marketing and Sharie Gordon is the new Customer Relations Manager in the Miami headquarters lead by Chief Romance Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Randy Russell. Conway will serve as a liaison between Couples Resorts and their primary tour operators and marketing partners. As customer relations manager, Gordon will serve as a liaison between Couples Resorts and its customers.

Issa Trust Foundation Raffle Winner
Congratulations to the Issa Trust Foundation raffle winner Bridget Kinkle from Mount Wolfe, Pennsylvania. Bridget won a six day/seven night vacation for two at Couples Resorts with flights provided by Northwest Airlines World Vacations. A warm thank you to everyone that participated in the online 30-day raffle that raised a grand total of $11,550 USD.

The Issa Trust Foundation, a non-profit organization was formed by Couples Resorts to help Jamaican citizens and communities in need, has completed their first successful medical mission. The organization, established in 2005, strives to provide a system of prevention, health promotion and education, community health improvement and other services to promote wellbeing and development to Jamaican communities. Tens of thousands of Travel + Leisure readers have been polled and the results are in! Couples Resorts has captured high ranking slots in two categories. Couples Sans Souci ranked #11, the highest rated all-inclusive hotel in the poll, in the category of the top 25 Hotels in the Caribbean, Bermuda and the Bahamas. Couples Negril ranked #1 in the category of Top Hotel Spas in the Caribbean, Bermuda and the Bahamas.

Travel + Leisure has been asking its readers to rate the quality of destinations, hotels, spas, airlines, cities, rental-car companies and tour organizers in its “World Best” awards since 1996. Survey participants are asked to rate each resort based on rooms and facilities, location, service, restaurants and value.
