After several months of anticipation, blood, sweat and tears, we finally launched our Romance Rewards program on Valentine's Day 2007. As of the writing of this letter, we have nearly 6,000 registered members and we are averaging approximately 100 new members per day. While we did experience some operational hiccups, each of the resorts now seems to be fully up to speed and members are earning and spending points as envisioned. One of the benefits of the Romance Rewards program allows our guests to earn points for every referred guest. We see tremendous potential in this area and will work to enhance the value of referred guests as we continue to evolve the Romance Rewards program.

Moderating the message board has always been a thrill for me. I continue to be impressed with the passion of our loyal guests. I have to admit that the response to my offer to read a love letter to a significant other has been overwhelming. Already, I have been honored to read a love letter to 40 husbands, wives, boyfriends and girlfriends. I even was asked to read a love letter to a husband-to-be from his wife-to-be at their rehearsal dinner! What a joy this has been for me. I feel very blessed.

At the very end of the song "Wheel" John Mayer sings these words: "I believe that my life's gonna see the love I give returned to me." With every letter I read, I am getting love returned to me in a very special way. Thank you all who have written such inspiring letters.
