Bonus payments are issued 8-12 weeks after the departure date of the guests you register. 

After the guests depart, the number of nights stayed will be confirmed by resort staff and your cash bonus incentives will be mailed to you.  If you have not received payment within 12 weeks of guest departure, please follow the steps to make inquiry.
