After
making reservations for your guests, you simply login into
your Liberty Travel incentive account and fill out a VIP registration
form for your guests. Once completed, it will be sent to the
resort so your guest has less paperwork to fill out, therefore
allowing them to start their Couples experience earlier!
You
will receive one (1) FREE night for every VIP Registration
Form you create. In addition, you will earn one flight point
for every room night registered.
You
may travel with a guest or accumulate your room nights and
bring your family and friends. A minimum of three
nights is required for redemption. Please be advised that a
$75 processing fee (per room) is required when redeeming
earned nights. For
every 50 points, you earn one (1) round-trip free air ticket
towards your own Couples Resort vacation!
Travel rewards may only be earned for completed VIP
registration forms from that date forward and are only valid
for future dates of travel. You must pre-register your guests
at least 3 days in advance of their arrival date. You only
earn flight points and free nights on completed travel. A $75
processing fee is required when redeeming earned nights. Cancelled and
altered bookings are removed from the database daily. Maximum
value of $500 per airline ticket. Family and friends must
travel together and stay at the same resort with a qualified
Liberty Travel agent. You must be employed by Liberty travel
at the time of award redemption and travel. Limit one family
and friends room per redemption. Other restrictions apply.
Couples reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this
program at any time.
Couples Resorts respects participating agents' and agencies'
privacy and will not release
the information they provide to parties outside Couples
Resorts. Couples Resorts reserves the right to
communicate with participating agents and agencies by using
the email, post and fax contact information provided.
