Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of therapy that helps release negative, pre-conditioned patterns of physical holding and promotes the health of the entire body. Craniosacral therapy works with the cranial pulse, a subtle rhythmic motion of the central nervous system that can be felt throughout the body using light touches. It is not necessary to undress for this treatment. The therapist uses supportive touch to the cranium and the sacrum to ensure the changes are deep and lasting.

Appointments
In order for us to accommodate your individual needs we recommend you book your spa appointment at least 12 hours in advance. A room number, reservation number or credit card is requested to secure your appointments.
Cancellations
Should you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment we need a minimum of four (4) hours notice or there will be a fifty dollar ($50) cancellation fee. No-shows and late cancellations for any service(s) booked will attract the same fee per service.
Check In
It is recommended that you check in for your services at least ten (10) minutes in advance. This will allow you time to check in, shower, change and relax before your treatment. Late arrivals will not receive and extension of scheduled appointment.
Attire
For all body treatments you are fully covered or you may choose to keep on your underwear. During all services your therapist will cover you and only undrape the area to be worked on.
Spa Environment
To preserve the spa’s tranquility we respectfully request that you leave pagers and cell phones turned off. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the Spa or Fitness areas.
In Room Calls
For those who desire treatment(s) in the privacy of their suite, and additional service charge of $25.00 per person will be applied.
